Wave really is the best. Can we talk about how Orochimaru was an even better Freeza? Dude made the cast PISS their fucking pants with his mere killing intent. Fuck man made my dicc ROCC hard.
Orochimaru instilled the same amount of fear into others as Freeza did, only in a more twisted and sadistic way.

I'd actually say the Chunin Exams were the best arc (though I might be biased because it has my favorite character and fight in it), but Land of Waves is right behind that.
I honestly can't choose. They both have key moments that I think of when I think of Naruto.
I like the Tsunade Retrieval Arc
Wave arc is the best in themes. Chunnin Exams builds off from the Wave Arc thanks to Haku. That’s why he’s so memorable despite only being alive for one Arc.
It's great that we got to know who Tobi really was, but I wish we could get to see what's under Kakashi's mask.
