Energon might be the strongest here in a roundabout way
Its death in the “Energon Sun” destroyed the universe Alpha Q had built withh its energy or something and also kicked off the Unicron Singularity crisis. So it’s in a very roundabout way but yeah. It’s also said to be able to destroy space, which none of these other versions can do afaik

Movie or SG should be about even, SG only exists after Unicron has been cut up by The Shroud, and so shouldn’t be multiversal or anything

Prime is the weakest, it’s just inside the Earth and I can’t remember anything from the Covenant of Primus describing it as stronger, there might have been a reference to eating stars but I would have to check

Prime version had some neat bodyjacking abilities as long as you were juiced with Dark Energon, also kept G1's ability to upgrade/update a TF's chassis/modes with his space AIDS magic

To be fair, his return would’ve utterly atomized earth and seemingly have done jack all to unicron himself.
