I'm going to start with Shreeka, known in internet for this:

Shreeka was Krang's former partner in crime. She is an outlaw searched in thirteen different galaxies for crimes too unspeakable to speak. Krang left her on Andromeda Galaxy after stealing her power ring.

Without her ring, Shreeka is still powerful. She can lift the turtles, Bebop and Rocksteady. She only broke a nail after lifting the turtles.

Tempestra.
Tempestra, another villain from the 1987 series, is a powerful woman that comes from a videogame dimension. She was trapped there all of her life until a lightning strikes while the game was being played by Leonardo.

She can shoot lasers from her fingers and use telekinesis to lift Leonardo and one of the Arcade's games. She threw the game strong enough to destroy part of a wall.

Rex-1 is a robot policeman and his name is an acronym for "Robot Enforcement Experiment," the "1" designating his status as the first model produced. His first appearance is in the second season episode, "New York's Shiniest". His only other appearance is in "Leonardo, the Renaissance Turtle".

Rex only obeys the person that activates it. It turned into April's bodyguard because she was the one who activates it.

Rex-1 can lift two people and break a window with its body. He survived a fall from a tall altitude and created a crater when he landed on the street.

Mister Ogg from Dimension Z.

Mister Ogg is an homage to Mr. Mxyzptlk from DC Comics, but he is not at his level since he only warps reality by using illusions. The alien comes from Dimension Z. Dimension Z seems to be a vast wasteland with several planets really close to each other.

Mister Ogg can warp reality by creating illusions. He shrinks Bebop and Rocksteady and turned the Technodrome into a pumpkin.
He turned the Statue of Liberty into a souvenir.

Mister Ogg is very agile and can levitate. He dodges one of Shredder's punches.

At first, it seems that Mister Ogg can warp reality, but he creates illusions.

Despite being illusions, they can destroy things.

Mister Ogg can also control machines in Earth from Dimension Z as he activates Donatello's dimensional portal. Also, in the last scene, it seems that the illusion cast on the Pizza is real.

Feats from the OVA continuity.

Crys Mu can summon beings to the Neutrino Kingdom, who is at Dimension X. Crys Mu gave the Turtles 4 Mutastones, who give them the ability to transfrom only for 3 minutes. If the Turtles join their Mutastones, they can fuse and become the Saint Turtle.

Super Raphael can create a tornado. It is unknown its destructive capacity since Devil Shredder stopped the attack.

Devil Shredder can create an energy ball strong enough to knock down the 4 Super Turtles.

Dark Mu, who is sealed inside the Dark Mutastone, can destroy stars and planets when she is awakening. Dark Mu has the power to destroy the Galaxy.

When Dark Mu wakes up, she can create disasters accross the Earth.

Dark Mu creates a giant tsunami that floods New York. Devil Shredder, Bebop, Rocksteady, Krang and Splinter survive the hit of the giant wave. The Super Turtles avoided being hit by the tsunami by jumping.

Dark Mu can empower others. She transforms Devil Shredder into Dark Devil Shredder, a dragon who is bigger than the Technodrome.

Dark Devil Shredder can create dark energy balls that are able to destroy buildings and damage the Super Turtles. But Dark Devil Shredder is not very smart.

Splinter manages to stop one of this dark balls with his hands. Splinter can also sense when someone is about to attack.

This is funny because before the awakening of Dark Mu, Splinter has troubles fighting Krang.

Dark Mu has the power to destroy Earth in a single blow. Saint Turtle, who is able to defeat Devil Shredder, Super Bebop and Super Rocksteady in one hit, has troubles fighting her and stopping her energy balls because of their teamwork.

Splinter has telepathic abilities.

Galactose (Mirage).

Galactose is an entity who exist within the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles multiverse and appeared in Issue 58 of Tales of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He is a space vampire that was locked away in a coffin deep in space. He has the ability to tear a hole in dimensional fabric, and he could destroy entire universes. He was awaken by the Utrom Preservi by using a Crystal Shard. Galactose obtained that Crystal Shard and used it to empower his Chaos Scepter.

The Crystal Shard can create shockwaves across the Multiverse.

Galactose is armed with the Chaos Scepter. With it, he can shoot lightnings. Galactose rends the space and time with the Chaos Specter by tearing objects apart at the quantum level.

Galactose has no soul and has to fill that void by absorbing the souls of other beings. He can absorb souls with his Chaos Scepter. Galactose becomes stronger after absorbing souls.

With the Crystal Shard and his Chaos Scepter, Galactose can tear apart the space-time continuum and open doors to parallel worlds.

Galactose open portals to different universes, like the Archie continuity, the 2007 movie continuity or the original Mirage universe.

Galactose destroyed a moon with the Chaos Scepter.

Galactose never spoke in his appearance and his actions are random sometimes. It's uknown if Galactose is a brilliant entity or a berserker monster.

The Turtles and the Cowboys of Moo Mesa stopped Galactose by traveling back in time and stopping the Utrom Preservi from awakening him.

Super Rocksteady and Mighty Bebop.

Super Rocksteady and Mighty Bebop are two robot duplicates created by Krang. The tyrant from Dimension X and Shredder got tired of their failures and replaced the mutants with robots.

Mighty Bebop can destroy glass with a punch.

Super Rocksteady and Mighty Bebop are stronger than the real ones. The robots lift the mutants and throw them like nothing.

Despite being robots, their bodies are ok after being wet. Their steps can shake a building.

Super Rocksteady can lift a carpet that was below the four turtles and knocked them to the ground.

Mighty Bebop can lift and kick the Earth replica that is placed in Channel 6's hall.

Super Rocksteady and Mighty Bebop shake the Channel 6's building by tackling it.

Super Rocksteady and Mighty Bebop's weakness are the remote control that controls them.

Their other weakness are being near the radio waves emitted by the Mesmerizer. The Mesmerizer is an item made by Krang that can turn people into idiots. Krang needed the Channel 6's antenas to power up the item and turn all New York into a city of idiots. The Turtles and other mutants are immune to the waves. Shredder had to use a special necklace to protect himself from the waves.

In this episode, Shredder grabs the radio antena and shook it.

Metalhead (1987 continuity).

Metalhead is a robotic turtle created by Krang that can mimic all the turtles' moves and has their brainwaves, giving the robot access to their personalities.

Metalhead has a laser gun in his chest. The laser can destroy a wall in the Technodrome.

Metalhead is stronger than Bebop and Rocksteady. The robot lifts the mutants and throws them to a wall, damaging it.

Metalhead has a drill in his left hand. He can use it to make a tunnel from Earth's core (Technodrome was there during Season 3) to the Turtles' lair.

Metalhead catches Splinter mid-air and throws him. Splinter defeated Shredder several times in the past.

Metalhead can trap his enemies with a rope.

Metalhead can also use smoke bombs. The Turtles, who were sick during this episode, were able to dodge lasers.

Metalhead manages to trap the four turtles and disarm them. Metalhead can strech his right arm.

Metalhead shares weakness with Super Rocksteady and Mighty Bebop. The robot's programming can be altered with radio waves.

After being reprogrammed by Donatello, Metalhead's personalities affected him and made the robot go crazy.

Metalhead can also shoot lasers from his fingers.

In this episode, Shredder's helmet saved its owner from a laser from Metalhead. Previously, that laser destroyed a metal wall in the Technodrome.

Bebop and Rocksteady survived falling from a tall building. Shredder was also ok after being crushed by Bebop and Rocksteady. He also was ok after being encased in concrete.

The Technodrome is a war machine created by Krang and Berserko on planet. Krang first used the Technodrome to destroy Berserko's planet. After that, he went to Earth with the purpose of conquering the planet.

The Technodrome is armed with cannons and lasers that can destroy a mountain. The war machine also has a cyclops missile that can destroy Mount Rushmore.

The Technodrome can burrow up and under ground.

The Technodrome can destroy a mountain and a highway by just ramming them.

The Technodrome can also destroy buildings by ramming them.

The Technodrome can open portals to other dimensions/universes.

The Technodrome can also use big saws and drills. With the drill, the Technodrome caused a small earthquake.

The Technodrome has an earthquake generator. The machine can cause an earthquake strong enough to shake New York and create fissures on the concrete and the buildings.

The Technodrome can steal technology and install it on its big body. He steals an antenna that can absorb the energy of a city.

The Technodrome later regained that ability after Shredder stole Dr. Turtlestein's personal energy projector. Krang installed it on the Technodrome and used it to steal energy from earthlings and vehicles.

The Technodrome has the ability to create a forcefield that protects the warmachine from missiles and lasers.

The Technodrome is covered in a three foot-thick titanium armor. Lasers can't damage the Technodrome. But it was damaged by the missiles of General Traag's space armada. This armada has the power to destroy a planet.

The Technodrome was ok after being sucked by its internal dimensional portal.

The Technodrome can hack antennas ans turn them into dimensional portal generators. With the World Trade Center's antenna, the Technodrome created a portal big enough to send Eath to Dimension X, where the planet will be destroyed by Traag's armada.

The Technodrome also has a retro-mutagen cannon instaled.

The Technodrome was ok after being sent to Earth's core, being covered by magma, being send to the North Pole and being stock in a black hole.

The Technodrome has a weakness. The war machine needs large amounts of energy to work. The only time we see the Technodrome at full power is in the episode "The Big Blow Out".

In Turtles Forever, Ch'rell updated this Technodrome and used it to go to Turtle Prime. Its main cannon can destroy a universe. Shredder used it to destroy Turtle Prime and, with it, the TMNT multiverse.

Glaxxons, Cyber-Turtles and the Firestar (1987).

The Firestar is a leftover piece from the formation of the universe and has the power of thousands of suns, including the ability to rip through dimensions. Krang says that those who possess the Firestar will become invincible and master of the universe.

Krang used the Firestar to destroy the walls that separate the Dimension X and the 1987 universe.

The Firestar can only be destroyed in the core of the galaxy.

The Glaxxons, commanded by Korak, and later the TMNT, use the Cyber-suits, cybernetic armors that turns its user building sized giants.

The user of the Cyber-suits can destroy a building with ease.

The Cyber-suits are armed with lasers and missiles that generate big explosions. Korak's cyber-suit can generate a buster similar to the one Megaman uses, but was destroyed before he used it.

Cyber-suit users can lift building size giants and throw them with enough strengh to damage a building.

Cyber-suit armors are immune to Bebop and Rocksteady's lasers. Those lasers destroyed metal walls in previous episodes. Cyber-suit users can hold big spaceships.

Krang (1987).

Krang, the tyrant of Dimension X, is not a fighter himself but he is a very smart tactician and has the Rock Soldier army under his command.
One day, Krang lost his body when he arrived to Earth and formed an alliance with Shredder. Shredder created an android body using the technology of the Technodrome.

Krang's android body moves thanks to Krang's brainwaves. The body can turn giant. He is strong enough to destroy the ceiling of a cave and part of a building. With this body, Krang can fight against the four turtles and can also defeat Splinter. Splinter's cane destroyed Shredder's katana in the first season.

Krang's body is immune to bullets.

The android's hands can turn into any kind of gadget and weapon. Krang can also fly by turning his arms into wings. The lasers of the android body can destroy a Foot Soldier and turn it into ashes.

Krang's body is strong enough to destroy a car in one hit.

Krang's body can destroy the walls of the Technodrome, that are made of Titanium.

Krang can turn his hands into metal wires and can lift Bebop and Rocksteady and throw them far away.

Krang's android body can turn into a giant or into a dwarf. Even small, the body is dangerous.

Krang's body is strong enough to kick a phone booth with the turtles inside it and send it far away.

Krang's body was damaged by Irma in the last episode of Season 8.

Krang knows how to use a laser rifle and also has hypnotic abilities but this only works on beings with limited intelligence.

When Krang had a body, he used a weapon called the Shockwave. According to Traag, this weapon is what allowed Krang to conquer Dimension X easily. At full power, the Shockwave can destroy several buildings in one shot.

The Shockwave can also make big holes in paved ground.

The glass from Krang's Bubble Walker protects him from lasers.

In "Turtles in Trial", Krang stole a prototype militar weapon that ressembles his Bubble Walker.

The militar body has a stun beam installed. Only works in humans for a reason.

The militar suit is armed with machine guns and lasers.

The militar body can destroy a wall by ramming at it. It also has a TV. The militar body can destroy a car by stepping it.

The lasers can damage a building. Michelangelo took one of these lasers and was unhurt.

The weak point of the militar body are its legs. Also, the militar body will go down if there is an earthquake.

General Traag and the Rock Soldiers (1987).

The Rock Soldiers are Krang personal army that helped him conquer Dimension X. The Rock Soldiers were created by Krang when the tyrant used mutagen on some rocks. Traag and the Rock Soldiers are loyal to him.

Rock Soldiers can destroy a wall by ramming at it.

Traag and the Rock Soldiers are very durable. The weapons of the Turtles are useless against the Rock Soldiers's bodies.

Traag and Granitor, Traag's second in command, can take lasers. But the Rock Soldiers got knocked down by Rocksteady's lasers. One of the Rock Soldiers got knocked down when a tree branch fell on him.

Traag and Granitor don't know how to drive a truck.

The whole army can destroy a city with ease. They destroyed a city in the Neutrino's world. Their spaceships can destroy a planet.

General Traag has a weather satellite that can change weather. The satellite can create a storm that was about to destroy New York.

Krang gave to Traag the Rockolizer, a gun that allows the user to control stone and rocks. With it, Traag created a giant rock human that was strong enough to destroy a building. Traag can also control asphalt.

Quarx (1987).

A character similar to Wundarr from Marvel Comics.

Quarx is a small alien creature with the maturity of a preschool child, often declaring that he wants to play and refusing to do things he doesn't want to. If anyone tried to persuade him to do anything, he would declare "You're not my father!"

Quarx has nearly godlike powers, and destroyed many worlds in 200 years because of his immaturity. Quarx got those powers thanks to an experiment his father made in him. His native planet was destroyed by a civil war and Merrick, Quarx's father, gave him powers to bring peace to the galaxy.

Quarx has telekinetic powers and can make objects fly.

Quarx can shoot lightnings. He destroyed a tank and several buildings with one lightning.

After talking to his father (who was SPlinter disguised as Merrick) Quarx used his powers to turn into an adult.

Quarx can use his powers to undo all the damage he did. His powers reaches the spaceships that were near Earth's orbit.

Quarx can use his powers to talk to others in a large distance and can vanish people.

Quarx can fly and breathe in the vacuum of space.

Roadkill Rodneys are strong enough to drag a rhinoceros and a wartboar.

One Roadkill Rodney defeated easily Splinter. Splinter is on par with Shredder.

Roadkill Rodney are very durable. They were defeated by the Turtles and thrown outside the Technodrome. The two robots survived the fall and returned to the Technodrome while the Turtles were fightning the other robot guards.

The guard robots were easily defeated by the Turtles. It seems that the Roadkill Rodneys are the best guards the Technodrome has. They only appear in one episode.

The Technodrome also has traps like walls that crush any intruder.

Slash (1987).

Slash was originally Bebop's pet turtle until it was turned into a mutant so Bebop and Rocksteady can have a lackey. But Slash revolt against his masters and went to Earth in search of his palm tree, a toy he enjoyed when he was a normal turtle. In his debut episode, Slash was a stupid and guilable beast.

Slash has super breath. He can blow all the dust from a room.

Slash stole two of Shredder's katanas. With them, Slash cut a door in the Technodrome. The Technodrome is made of titanium.

Slash can destroy a light pole and smash a car with his bare hands. He also crushed April's van and almost kills her.

Slash is stronger than the four turtles together. But they manage to defeat Slash because he is very naive.

Slash can lift and throw the Freedom Bell. The Freedom Bell's weight is 10 tons.

The Turtles exiled Slash to space, where a alien race found and made him very intelligent. His intelligence is on par with that of Donatello and can create weapons and small robots that can defeat the Turtles. Slash created a laser gun that can destroy a room and a car with one shot. He is strong enough to lift and throw Donatello far away.

Slash also created a barrier generator that can block two floors of the Chanel 6 building. The building has 12 floors. He also created a gravity gun and a blizzard gun that can freeze anyone.

Slash's laser gun can shoot more than one blast at the same time.

Slash can also modify other machines. He turned the antenna of Chanel 6 into a giant animalizer so he can turn all New York into a city of turtles.

Slash survived a fall from the Trumpet Tower Apartment building, a parody of Trump Tower and the tallest building in New York. The real building is 202 meters. Slash survived the fall but became stupid again.

In the episode "Night of the Rogues" Slash, with the help of the Rat King, lifts a pizzeria and throws it at Michelangelo.

Chrome Dome (1987).

A robot created by Shredder based on him so the Foot Soldiers can have a leader that will guide him in battle and other missions. Shredder used Adamantium to create it. Chrome Dome can shoot arrows and knives from its fingers.

He also has a laser gun. But its destructive capacity is uknown since the Turtles dodged all the shoots.

Chrome Dome's body is very durable thanks to it being made of Adamantium. Turtles's weapons were destroyed when they attacked the giant robot. But its body has a small weak point. Shredder didn't have enough Adamantium to complete Chrome Dome's body, so Krang decided to use a small metal plate to complete the robot. Thanks to April knowing this detail, the Turtles manage to destroy Chrome Dome. Chrome Dome is strong. It can lift a normal human and a mutant turtle without troubles.

Shredder rebuilt Chrome Dome in "Night of the Rogues". In that episode, Chrome Dome destroyed a statue and part of a building with its bare hands.

Again, Chrome Dome shows that it is superior to the Turtles. Chrome Dome easily defeated Leonardo and captured him after the mutant turtle defeated Anthrax, Krang's butcher from Dimension X.

Chrome Dome has in its arsenal a bomb that can destroy a building and a pirate spaceship.

This is the spaceship compared to a building and Shredder's size.

Chrome Dome has battery problems. After a fight, the robot needs to recharge batteries and it can absorb energy from any machine thanks to a wire it has in its body.

Chrome Dome easily defeated Casey Jones, who is on par with the Turtles, and Master Splinter. Chrome Dome destroyed Splnter's cane, who can destroy Shredder's katanas that can cut titanium.

Chrome Dome is not very intelligent despite being a sentient robot. He is easily tricked by Splinter and was destroyed by Casey when he activates a hydraulic press.

Mister Ogg is an homage to Mr. Mxyzptlk from DC Comics, but he is not at his level since he only warps reality by using illusions. The alien comes from Dimension Z. Dimension Z seems to be a vast wasteland with several planets really close to each other.

Mister Ogg can warp reality by creating illusions. He shrinks Bebop and Rocksteady and turned the Technodrome into a pumpkin.
He turned the Statue of Liberty into a souvenir.

Mister Ogg is very agile and can levitate. He dodges one of Shredder's punches.

At first, it seems that Mister Ogg can warp reality, but he creates illusions.

Despite being illusions, they can destroy things.

Mister Ogg can also control machines in Earth from Dimension Z as he activates Donatello's dimensional portal. Also, in the last scene, it seems that the illusion cast on the Pizza is real.

It seems Mister Ogg is really a reality warper like Mister Mxyzptlk. He returns in Saturday adventures continues. In the comic, Mister Ogg can summon a bazooka. He can also break the 4th wall.

He can alter his appearance to trick the Turtles.

He can teleport people to Dimension Z. He can also create portals called arks.

He can also bring individuals from other universes to Dimension X. He creates a team of Ninja Turtles from different worlds.
