Wanna see how far these two lads get :supercat They go through each verse gauntlet style, NRS timeline versions for both. How far do they get in each verse?

For some extra info I recently did a calc which pretty much everyone who scales to Rain gets the benefits of.

Mortal Kombat - Rain's Super Kick

Edit: Turns out a later Kombat Kast retconned the kick into being done with portals, nullifying much of the feat. So keep that in mind while reading this. In one of the Kombat Kasts, the devs actually mention that Rain's super kick canonically...

Considering both Scorpion and Sub-Zero should both be > Rain they should scale to this stuff handily.

I remember some people here talked about it when it was originally mentioned, eyeballing it at somewhere around MHS/sub-rel. Though nobody calced it. But going through it reveals the feat (and the additional info with the Earth's oceans) to have probably one of the biggest boosts the series has had.

So high tiers in NRS get continental/multi-continental scaling while both timelines get the Relativistic/city level scaling.

Statwise alone they get to top tiers so their hax make or break a full clear
 
Hold ya horses I don't see any reason to buy the feat especially when MK is massively inconsistent and nothing in games/comic has rain perform the feat
 
Didn't the creators also say they retconned that in MK11, to him using portals to send the person from one end of the screen to another? It's quite literally the reason they gave him portals, just to make the super kick "make more sense" in their eyes.

Wouldn't apply to the mid-way timeline sure, but given this is the neatherrealm timeline, that really shouldn't scale to anybody.

Did they? I'm going off the initial Kombat Kast where they stated that he's actually sending them around the Earth.
