Unironically the level of player freedom and customization in NIOH 2 is fucking bonkers. You can glamour your armor to look like any piece you've acquired so you can play fashion samurai while keeping your build intact and the gameplay mechanics only get added to as you get deeper into the NG+ system
It's very very good, some questionable team ninja design choices aside (tm)

1. PathologicMiddle looks real creepy, bottom gives me smooth Quake 3 vibes for w/e reason.
Funny you mentioned Q3 seeing how Thief and SS2 all use Looking Glass' amazing dark engine which was a powerful early 3D engine that surpasses quake's in some ways.
