Speed steal is one of my favorite haxes. It’s a hax very few characters have resistance to as it’s rarer than other haxes. As a Flash Villain The Turtle embodies that hax and was even once able to reduce Wally West to average human levels of speed with his slow field that covered an entire city.
So with that in mind I would like to find out what verses would get completely stomped just by having their speed stolen and what would be the weakest verse that can resist getting turned into human statues or find a way to win even if they do.
