So, the permutations are that killing Fuji only makes sense if the indie can win tonight. If I'm scum, then I know I have RDK primed and ready to hammer with me to win. So I don't need to kill Fuji to get his cores. If it's just RDK as the only non-town left though, he knows that he will get exposed once Fuji isn't speed hammered. Now from here he has two options. He waits it out and hopes paranoia gets me speedlynched. Or he kills Fuji and removes the angle where he gets outed. Does that make sense?

My assumption would be he either wins tonight by double kill/stealing etc or he's just making the most of a tough to win position and needs 2 lynches anyway.

what?

that would leave it at f4 and he can probably only kill one person?

he would just get endgamed
 
The QED here is that a Fuji kill only ever works if there is one non-town left - not two. If there are two, it's always very suboptimal.

poyser he slipped since yesterday
hes not a survivor. hes got an agenda clearly from the moment he didnt use his role to find out who got the stones u know hes capping about being a survivor that wants to win and get out asap
 
So I’m at the point where to me haza is walking like a duck and quacking like a duck so im probably gonna lynch him to avoid the embarrassment of losing to it when it’s so obvious on the surface lmao

I wouldn’t really be embarrassed if it’s ratchet AND he has a way to win a phase early

Ratchets role is proven with at least 1 usage. So basically ratchet would have to have a double role or a loved modifier that he didn’t claim in order to win early.

I don’t see why he’d have the motivator if he were loved tho - he wouldn’t need a claimable role

And if he had the ability to steal cores - would he not have stolen mine when he visited me and motivated me? Also he visited lethal (so he claimed) so he wouldn’t have needed to kill him either if he could also steal cores

So from my pov if it’s ratchet then he must have a double kill in order to win tonight

As scum I kill Poyser/Ekko last night, hammer Fuji and kill the other the following night. That collects all the cores.
RDK however still has 3 people he needs to hammer or kill. And he would know I'm town, so he knows I won't be lynching Fuji. With Fuji not being counted on as a lynch, he needs to either kill him, or lynch him F3. He knows I have no cores.

So he has 4 chances to gain cores left including last night. And he has three people with cores. So his order would have to be kill Ekko/Poyser, hope that Ekko/Poyser (whomever survives) speedlynches me today, and then kills the other, and then lynches Fuji in F3. That's viable, but his thinking here will have been that if Poyser/Ekko don't speedlynch, he is outed because there is no lynch from me on Fuji. So to avoid that, he kills Fuji. From there, his path is difficult, but I don't know the full details of his role so I can't say he has no way to win tonight. Even if he doesn't, he may have decided needing to get two mislynches is easier than relying on a speedlynch.

In any case, this is a kill that only works, if you assume it is being played to a win con, if it comes from him. It would be mere style points from me.
