Idea for this thread just randomly popped into my head.
Top’s ability is to continually speed up when running and double in speed when he tries to stop. With enough time (and a special suit to protect himself from the affects of going so fast) he can run around the planet and reach light-speed to perform a LS kick. Said LS kick should scale to Town Level DC from another feat in the UxU verse that scales to a lot of characters DC/Durability (it was a laser from a UFO destroying a large portion of a forest iirc). And the base reaction speed for Top before he starts running and gaining speed should at least be MHS scaling from Spoil’s spoil beam that multiple characters have dodged hitting the Statue of Liberty in New York all the way from Longing, Nevada.
Chikara’s ability is to completely halt the motion of anything within his field of vision as he long as he stares at it while not moving himself). His current standard equipment includes high-tech goggles that let him limit his field of view so he can paralyze only the specified target without also paralyzing an ally. And a floating orb he can ride lets him change position while still keeping his ability active as he himself isn’t moving.
Who is the strongest HxH character these two can beat when working together?
