Megatron's unique configuration in tank mode makes him extremely invulnerable to damage, his interlayered armored carapace is capable of withstanding even the most intense artillery fire. Megatron is armed with two plasma cannons and a Belle launcher with a laser sight and interchangeable "smart" warheads. an unstoppable one-man army.
In weapon mode, Megatron can multiply his own gravimetric value, adding to the downward crushing force he can exert, up to a maximum of 30,000 psi (pounds per square inch).

For fun, the same Devastator can apply up to 6,000 pounds per square inch (base Megatron can do 5,710 pounds) and this force is enough for him to destroy skyscrapers with one blow.
 
Its tank form can carry 400 tons and its starship form up to 2000 tons.

Going by the VS Wiki calc below, destroying a skycraper is minimum multi city block level. If Megatron's maximum output is 5 times that of Devastator, then than would be almost 2 kilotons (1.865 kt).

I don't know if the exact PSI numbers would translate to skycraper leveling though, as that book's math is not very good.

Well, if we take into account that Megatron's Fusion Cannon can destroy entire mountains, then this can, in principle, be accepted.
 
In the Bumblebee movie prequel comic (based on the TLK timeline instead of the final movie), Blitzwing survives a ICBM nuke dropping on him and exploding. Immediately after, he transforms into jet mode and escapes.

pmuch has every tf magazines and artbooks, had it saved for a while now, its time though, cuz with the problems internet archive has, download as more as you can get
 

It seems 200 megatons worth of energy can be stored and delivered to revive a dead spark. It doesn't sound like it is the minimum energy required to do so, but it sounds like all of that energy can still be transferred to a dead spark without issues to the dead spark, like an overload (a previous page said that if an already functioning spark took too much excess energy, it would overload). But make of this what you will.

Also, a previous page said that no manmade power generator (explicitly such as dams) besides possibly that of the Hadron Collider can generate enough energy to revive a spark.

For comparison, Megatron is two points ahead of Optimus in firepower and Megatron tanked these warheads in both the first and second films, Optimus also tanked a shot from a thermonuclear cannon which is more powerful than his weapons.
