Transformers feats/discussion

this was a deeply stranger comic than it had any reason to be

Soundwave's official internet bio states that his weapon is a "sonic cannon".

Furthermore, the text stoey features in the DOTM Adaptation comic also says his weapon is useless in a vacuum (This story is canon to the IDW Bayverse comics).

Therefore, Soundwave is firing literal sound waves.

Despite this, Bumblebee was dodging these soundwave blasts (timestamp: 2:04).

Is Vector Prime from avp and Vector Prime from Earth Wars the same being due creature to both knowing and understanding the Omniverse?

@Kighter If I make an account on Archive.org, would I be able to read these or do I need to pay or something? Since you posted a scan from the first junior novel, I imagine you read it from there.

more or less all Vector Primes are the same character due to their nature as multiversal singularities. Non-singularity instances would not be considered the same, but we haven’t actually seen many of those for Vector specifically. AVP is Singularity Vector answering questions up until The Shroud happens, at which point it’s Transtech Vector Prime answering them. Earth Wars having Vector act as a multi/omniversal guardian again is seemingly ignoring the Shroud or Furman is unaware of it/doesnt care.

Basically when in doubt, if a 13 member is doing multiversal cosmic stuff, it’s a singularity instance. If they aren’t, then they may not be (like the IDW 13 while there’s no official confirmation, they are probably not Singularity instances)

Yes, you can borrow them online for free as long as you sign up for an account

it is a separate reality, it just isn’t outside the multiverse as indicated by its characters and characters from US continuities crossing into it. Fight! Super Robot Lifeform Transformers also has a universal stream designation as a Primax universe and Masterforce has one as well, which means the JPG1 continuity and timelines are located in the Primax Cluster of the wider multiverse

Galvatron II from the marvel comics jumped dimensions into that story (part of the lore of his E-Hobby toy iirc, he's Galvatron possibly even from Alignment as its mentioned he built an armada of warworlds or something, god its insane)

i love transformers lore

The Transformers X Bump of Chicken Convoy Transformer figure will be released with not only box art by Akira Amemiya, but also a comic written by Hiromi Wakabayashi with art by Amemiya (as well as an acrylic stand).

Devil Z was powerful enough to cause cataclysms across the planet and destroy cities with one random attack.
Sky Bite can hold a 2 million ton tower above it for a period of time.
Optimus can stop a very fast bullet train.
Predacons are also capable of stopping a train and lifting the locomotive.

i KNEW that animation had lore and wasn’t just fanservice. Stoked for this comic

the best and coolest example of this imo is Nemesis Prime from Balancing Act (the wooly mammoth one) getting his heroic redemption arc in Alternity. Ichikawa knew about an obscure ass western language fanclub character and had him become a redeemed hero who wants revenge on Unicron for all the torture. It’s great.

Also the Alternity themselves opened up gates to universes like bayformers, so the idea that Japan’s continuity is separate from the multiverse as a whole hasn’t been a thing for a while. Just like with any other obscure timeline in TF, they’re just another continuity floating out in the multiverse
