Transformers feats/discussion

Hytherion cells grant the ability to resist the powers of the Alternity, and it is likely that the full protection of the Alternity themselves works in the same way.

I'm not sure but there is something about this ahahaha, although it seemed to be about countless multidimensional worlds.
@OtherGalaxy
thats interesting, ive never seen this translation before, where did you get it? was it machine TL of the image directly?

it certainly supports later material but I wasn’t aware of any idea of this from this era

translation from google

I never finished reading that…need to go back and do so

the best I could find is tfw2005 translated it as this

The wording is awkward though and the tfw translations are old as hell…I’m not saying it’s inaccurate, but now I want to look closer at this because maybe something was missed?

I don’t know that there’s anything for it to really scale to, even threatening the entire multiverse over time (a short amount of time but still not instant) is more than I can recall most Unicron avatars doing. It’s basically among the top in terms of Unicron avatars for that manga showing alone

So looking into the wording best I can I think this is probably just machine translation stumbling over itself

多元世界
Tagen Sekai is the key phrase but as far as I can tell "Tagen" is more commonly translated as "multidimensional" in this context so "multidimensional worlds" was probably an accurate translation from TFW2005, so this is probably not referring to multiverses I think

Compare how Legacy Road Hauler was written when it specifically calls G1 a multiverse
G1マルチバースからクレーン車のロードホーラー
Roadhauler Crane from the G1 Multiverse

No ambiguity here, I think it's even written phonetically or something but I'm no jp speaker

It is pretty odd that tfwiki just never translated the World ID section of that image at all though

We need to find someone who understands Japanese.
