i can't be redirected/driven (which i assume is a control effect), so unless i was blocked which scum have no reason to do they should be clear from CL spec.

Anyway, I guess I can exclude being actively redirected, at least. If it only affects the first action it would have just affected my jail and the Cop was normal anyway and if both got redirected my action would have failed since I hit my jailed target. So unless a Bus Drive or Framer were in play OLU is just scum.
