thing with pqwerty is that, why would he need to be scared of claiming? if there's some music related role, it should be obvious right away for anyone familiar with flavour, i've only played wow but i can't think of such role
so i'd guess - guilo isn't PRd at all and he's just having fun on his way and qwerty is capping and probably isn't restricted to begin with
