Weakest character in Michael Moorcock's Multiverse that can defeat Knull?

Since apparently the ODC likes to wank universal feats to omniversal ones I want to see how powerful Knull actually is. It will be a gauntlet. How far does Knull get before he gets squashed?

All fights happen in the Lost Universe outside the Skrayling Tree. Victory condition by death or incapacitation of the enemy.
 
Also, why does he look exactly like Elric down to the fucking black sword. Only difference is that he looks like a zombie or anorexic. Holy cow this is an even worse rip off than Geralt.

The Black Knight is pretty much the oldest homage to Elric and the Black Blade in Marvel, it's only right his low megaversal ass ends Knull with his superior black buck breaking sword.

The Ebony Blade is almost exactly like the Black Blade in that it's semi-alive and craves blood due to the blood curse Percy inflicted on it with his killing for King Arthur.

I'm almost positive he's meant to be connected to MMM in some-way.
 
Infinitely multiversal, you could maybe get him into the lower megaversal range based off his fight with Cosmic Thor but him and Norrin Negro were later portrayed as holding parity so multiversal+ is the safe bet.

So, any Elemental Lord should be able to make short work of him. And probably more than a few lower tier jugadors or players in the Game of Time.
