In LyLo, town can still reach majority with a double voter, granted they need to be swift. But even then, in a game this size I would assume scum have minimal vote manipulation at best, unless they're sized smaller to account for it.How would it be different to them just like being a double voter?

Eh, strictly speaking they could hammer and then Lethal uses the role, depends on how the host resolves it.
