Would it be possible to make an "Official" tier list?

Would there be a way to make an offical tier list that we vote or debate upon? I think that'd be interesting.

Note that, funadmentally. An OBD tier list, would be different than a OL tier list. :)

OBD tier list is for versus matchups and calc scaling. I can do a tier list for this section, which would also be community based. But it would look very different.

As long as mihawk is > shanks and wb is >kaido. The list is ok :)
