Even as a Red Herring it's largely useless. Scum aren't going to fail a PR like 99% of the time

But if she's mafia with more than one shot that seems kinda grim

I mean the clear use of it is to PR someone and force them to suicide kek. Very strong if town, but ye a little less nuts as scum in that town don’t have to break it. (But it is a lot of potential extra scum KP)
