This is a little disingenuous. His point is that she's relaxed enough to be making jokes like this - that indicates a certain level of confidence which Ekko is conflating with boldness. It doesn't have to be an actual read - it just has to be something that's uncharacteristic of her scum game. And without having seen the comment, I can't say I agree or not, but I do think his meta profile is reasonably accurate, insofar as scum Watson tends to turtle up a bit.
