I had him as strong town, the strength of the town read is detioriating but I don’t see equity with Yule terrors or him being a (likely forlorn) member of Xmas Avarice

No, its not obviously.

But he hasn't done that kind of bussing in a long time. Both you and T-Pein are over-exaggerating on his bussing, I would say when mafia, Ratchet is way worse about it then Magic was.
