I don't think so. I think she used it on ekko because she remembered ekko broke it last year and has talked multiple times about breaking prs in the past. It was tactical usage. Flower has great memory of meta, which is why when she gets it wrong she often ends up scum.Flower tends to wear her heart in her sleeve, I expect that she tried playing off the Ekko thing as a joke because it was actually funny to her and she didn't give a shit.
