Calc Cobalt Blue calcs

Calculations
Cobalt Blue is a fun & short superhero story with some nifty feats, so why not calc it?

1. The Red Fury's speed
The strength to lift an entire building.
High-frequency hearing.
The ability to see clearly for dozens of miles.
To hold their breath for over an hour.
To withstand a superheated blast.
And to fly at supersonic speed.
(The Fury was once clocked at Mach 2.1. He could chase down a fighter jet and outpace a commercial airliner.)

The thing was, Cobalt and Furin were perfectly matched, possessing exactly the same powers.
And thus a new Cold War began.
The Fury was clocked at flying at mach 2.1. Straightforward enough.

2. Red Fury throws the Stratosphere Tower
And that was when the Fury did it.
With Gary temporarily down, the Russian flew to the end of the Strip and, using his mighty strength, wrenched the Stratosphere Tower—the iconic needle-shaped tower that has long been the centrepiece of the Vegas skyline, all eighty storeys of it—out of the ground.
Then, flying high above the city, he raised it above his head in both hands and hurled it like a giant spear into the pit at Golden Gary.

Gary’s eyes boggled at the sight.
The building rushed downward at him, eighty storeys of it disappearing into the pit at speed.
A colossal impact followed.
A super-gigantic dust cloud billowed out of the pit.
The Fury hovered above the site, searching for any sign of Golden Gary. No movement.
Nothing.
The Red Fury throws the Stratosphere Tower (otherwise known as the Strat) at Golden Gary (who manages to dodge it, as we find out later). The Strat has a weight of 50,000 tons (or 50,000,000kg). The Red Fury is repeatedly said to be 6 feet 6 inches (1.9812m) tall.
He was a gigantic specimen of a man, at least six foot six, hulking, huge, like a professional wrestler.
With his six-foot-six frame and deep-red hooded mask, his fearsome image became known across the world.
E = 1.9812 X 9.807 X 50000000
= 971481420 joules
= 0.232189631931 tons of TNT

And this isn't taking into account that the tower was thrown with speed.

3. Cobalt lifts the Caribbean Star
She grabbed hold of the hull with both hands.
And then, in an astonishing display of her strength, she began to fly up, pushing upward...
...lifting the entire ship out of the water!
It was an incredible sight.
The great white cruise liner rose up and out of the ocean...and kept rising...until it was hovering in the air above the waves, hundreds of seawater waterfalls pouring off it, and there, underneath the massive thing, was the tiny figure of Cobalt, lifting it.
Cobalt lifts an entire cruiseship. This cruiseship has a weight of 200,000 tons (or 200000000kg).
The Caribbean Star was one of the largest cruise liners in the world.
Painted brilliant white and dotted with hundreds of blue-tinted windows, it was as tall as a forty-storey building and over a thousand feet long. It had a gross tonnage of 200,000 tons and carried 6,000 passengers and almost as many crew
Once again, we can find the energy via GPE. The average height of an American woman is 5 foot 4 inches, or 1.6256m.

E = 1.6256 X 9.807 X 200000000
= 3188451840 joules
= 0.7620582791587 tons of TNT

Final Results
The Red Fury's speed = Mach 2.1
The Red Fury throws the Stratosphere Tower = 0.232 tons of TNT
Cobalt Blue lifts the Caribbean Star = 0.762 tons of TNT
