Master Asia fights Domon, moving at great speeds and shattering multiple stone/concrete outcrops. While the shattering of outcrops is impressive and consistent with other feats performed in the series, it's the many punches Master Asia throws at the start that I wish to focus on. This footage is also reused for several other characters, including Domon Kasshu, Allenby Beardsley, Sai Saichi and others. First up, roughly what is the distance of each punch? Master Asia is 193cm tall.
1357 pixels = 193cm
1 pixel = 193cm/1357 = 0.142225497cm
0.142225497cm X 686 = 97.5666909cm
206 pixels = 97.5666909cm
1 pixel = 97.5666909cm/206 = 0.473624713cm
0.473624713cm X 580 = 274.702334cm (2.74702334m)

That's the distance of the punches, now what is the timeframe, and the number of punches thrown in said timeframe?

Timeframe is 3 frames (with a framerate of 24 frames a second). There are also 17 punches in the timeframe.

T = 1s/24
= 41.6666667ms X 3
= 0.125s

L = 2.74702334m X 17
= 46.6993968m

T = 46.6993968m/0.125s
= 373.595174/340.29
= Mach 1.09787291

Final Results
Master Asias punches = Mach 1.098

Even though this calc is based off Master Asia, this same move is used by multiple other characters, so it should scale to all the major G Fighters even while on foot as it's the same animation.
