Several more calcs involving the Muganns. First and foremost...

Gurren Lagann unleashes the colossal Giga Drill Maximum to counter all of the Muganns. Thankfully, there's an easy way to calculate the energy of this; count the number of Muganns, and apply mass-energy (as all the Muganns get destroyed).
How many Muganns are there?
47 Muganns, with at least one Mugann being destroyed by Simon, making 46. The three values of mass I calculated previously for the Muganns are 905.058139kg (for aerogel), 1568767.44kg (for aluminum) and 4736470.93kg (for steel).

2. Muganns blinding speed

The Muganns chase after Gurren Lagann at incredible speeds. There are several times we see the Muganns move at incredible speeds during this. Previously, I calced the circular top part of a Mugann to have a diameter of 26.5121759m.

1 pixel = 26.5121759m/6 = 4.41869598m
Timeframe is 1 frame (with a framerate of 30 frames per second).

4.41869598m X 165 = 729.084837m

T = 1s/30
= 33.3333333ms

T = 729.084837m/33.3333333ms
= 21872.5451/340.29
= Mach 64.2761912

We can also find kinetic energy for this, using the same values for mass as above...
