Anyway, so apparently if I can prove these two guys didn't react in anyway at all to Naruto's movement then I can use FPS.
How will I prove that?
In the middle panels on the second page, we can see that they don't even see Naruto until he speaks.
They also do not notice the log until after it has hit the floor.
Seems about the right level of non-reaction for this.
Which means I can use a timeframe of 0.0099 seconds for everything that happens in that blitz.
First I need to find the distance.
Which we will do using the first scan.
I'm going to guess that Inari is 1m tall even though I'm pretty sure that's lower than my height at that age.
Inari is 43px tall making the scale 0.02325m/px.
The road Naruto has to come along is 305px making it 7.09125m long.
Now that I have that I can simply use the equation of D/T = S
7.09125/0.0099 = 716.29m/s or Mach 2.1

however, the meteor was moving too, hence it had kinetic energy. I'll find the speed of the meteor using angsize, and then use the KE formula (J=.5mv^2)

EDIT: first time I didn't notice, but Jack's punch actually halts the meteor before blowing it to pieces. so it's actually 13Mt+29teratons. long story short, the 13 megatons part is absolutely unnecessary

Ryuko is standing around doing her thing and a bunch of Tennis club members launch a bunch of tennis balls at her.
Ryuko responds by cutting each ball to shreds, really, really quickly.
Ryuko is 346+409.01 = 755.01px tall.
Smallest tennis ball I could see after 5 seconds of searching is 17px across.
The screen is 1080px tall.
respectively anglesizing each shows us that Ryuko is 52.16 degrees and a tennis ball is 1.26.
Ryuko doesn't seem that short to me so 1.7m it is, making her 1.73m away.
A tennis ball is normally 6.7cm in diameter making it 3.04m away.
3.04-1.73 = 1.31m
That's the distance the tennis balls go, but how fast do they do it?
Well surprisingly there is a vast amount of sourced literature on the subject. I'm going to be using 125mph which is about the speed Venus Williams could achieve.
125mph = 55.88m/s
1.31/55.88 = 0.023s
This is the time it takes her to absolutely shred the tennis balls.
Unfortunately I have no way of quantifying that so we'll go with the next best thing, which is that Ryuko cut the balls at least 5 times each.
That takes 5 swings, which I already know should be about 2.51m for the average person, so each ball is 5*2.51 = 12.55m
But that's only for one ball, one out of 220. Yes I did actually sit there and count them all out.
so that's 220*12.55 = 2761m moved in total.
So Ryuko is swinging her Blade at 2761/0.023 = 120043.48m/s or Mach 352.8.

This time it's about the demon named Blitz, who turns into lightning to move at high speeds during a fight. Will he live up to his hyperbole or will his lightning speed get debunked like Alastor's?

But I'll try anyway.
For just a split second, Blitz moves in lightning form while at the same time there's a flash in the background. Lucky me, I can scale from that.
How? Well, first I need to find out how much a flash lasts scaling it from lightning speed (150km/s), then I find the distance traveled and use the duration of the flash as time-frame.
I'll find the duration of various flashes and the use an average for the one later on:

at circa 0:28 in the video the flash lasts 9 frames or 0.0115 seconds which means 0.00039 seconds per frame.

According to DMC4 height chart Blitz is 3.43m tall and roughly 1m large. I'll use this as the bolt's width.
