Calculations
Sometimes the calcs do themselves, and I cannot complain. :NOnon

1. Ion Cube energy

Each cube contains the equivalent ionic energy of 5 kilotons of TNT
Ion cubes each contain the energy equivalent of 5 kilotons of TNT. All too simple. :NOnon

2. Thermal Energy Plant
Detecting alien materials and a massive local energy mass in the 1,000 megawatt range.
(The above link also has an audio clip if need be). The Thermal Plant has a massive local energy reading in the 1000 megawatt range. 1000 megawatts is equal to 1000 megajoules per second, or 0.239006 tons of TNT. The Alien Thermal Plant stores most of this energy within battery-like devices (possibly the ion cubes), which would explain why they also have enough energy to power everything else on the planet, such as below...
This system is directly converting local thermal energy into electric current at 90% efficiency. Most of this energy is being stored in the battery-like devices within the plant itself, each of which holds enough to power a small city for a year. Some of it, however, is being drained off, presumably as it is distributed to other facilities on the planet.

The power plant appears to be fully automated and - given current understanding of the mechanisms involved - uninterruptible.
3. Quarantine Enforcement Platform Energy Core
RUKy9tp.jpg
The Quarantine Enforcement Platform Energy Core houses energy equivalent to a 100 megaton nuclear explosion, which can be directed at vessels overhead or to strike targets in orbit.
This device houses energy equivalent to a 100MT nuclear detonation, which can be channeled through the facility and directed at vessels overhead, or bent around the planet's gravitational pull to strike targets in orbit.

4. Seaglide speed
The seaglide is a personal transportation device designed for use in oceanic environments.

- Capable of speeds of up to 36km/h in standing water
- Displays basic topographical data for aid in charting cave systems
- Replaceable battery
- Keep fingers clear of propeller

'The Seaglide: Anything that moves faster underwater is probably trying to eat you.'
Seaglides can move at speeds of up to 36km/h, or 10m/s.

5. Seamoth speed
Ratings:
- Top Speed: 13m/s
- Acceleration: 5m/s/s
- Distance per power cell: 10km
- Crush depth: 200m below sea level
- Upgrade module slots: 4
- Dimensions: 3m x 1.5m x 1m
- Persons: 1
Seamoths can move at top speeds of 13m/s (or 46.8km/h)

6. Cyclops speed
Ratings:
- Top Speed: 8m/s
- Acceleration: 3m/s/s
- Power: Replaceable power cells
- Dimensions: 54m x 14m x 12m
- Persons: 1-6
Cyclops submarines have a top speed of 8m/s (or 28.8km/h).

Final Results
1. Ion Cube energy = 5 kilotons
2. Alien Thermal Plant energy reading (per second) = 0.239 of TNT
3. Quarantine Enforcement Platform Energy Core = 100 megatons
4. Seaglide speed = 10m/s
5. Seamoth speed = 13m/s
6. Cyclops speed = 8m/s
