Thing is for RDK to be scum, I'd assume he'd probably have some sort of reason. Like, for example, he speculated there was no cop, and therefore no millers. It's a bit of a reach.
While I don't really think two millers is out of the question, this Cataclysm guy comes off as noobish enough that it's reasonable to consider that it may plausibly be a case of blabbermouthing.

I could see RDK going for a gambit like that in a heavy role madness game. He has done the fake info thing before which isn't a million miles away. Best thing for RDK I think is his insistence that his claim is clearing, rather than to try and concede ground on that.
