I'm not satisfied that you've even begun to address them properly to be honest. Now I've seen your claim, and I think it's a pretty good one. But when I weigh up Cult spec, and also that you're familiar enough with Fuji games to claim what you need to claim, it's not so good that I'm willing to retire my considerations given that I genuinely cannot see how you come to believe what you say yiu believe without assuming some sort of fallacy is employed.
Why can't Ekko be the scum kill?
I have no idea why you think a Vig would shoot Ekko after Poyser tanked a lynch even. Ekko was a key driver of that and also wanted to slow the day down, so there is seriously no way you could argue that he's aligned with Poyser. Would probably be one of the worst Vig shots I've seen in many, many years.
1) There was only 1 kill.
2) He was pushed a lot.
3) No janitor.
It‘s clear somebody was saved by the number of kills.

So you think scum are taking a protectable shot into ultra night 1, given how day 1 went, as opposed to the litany of other reasons a kill may have failed OR scum killed ekko, and you should be treated as confirmed as a result?
1 - 1 kill does not mean the scum kill had to fail.
2 - Pushed a lot by whom? I don't recall him even being a serious wagon.
3 - YOU have just come from a scum game where you had the option to janitor Night 1 and chose not to do so. There is nothing to say that scum have to use it night 1, or even if they have one. And even if they do have one, it could be conditional, and the conditions may have been so that the option of using it was a non starter.
There are lots and lots of plausible explanations. To assume that Ekko was a Vig kill off the back of how the last day ended is almost entirely baseless. I'm going to ignore the "stupid comment" remark but it's not for your sake, it's for Fuji's.
