I will say this: you make that statement with the idea in mind that mrlaka would somehow understand Brad being town here despite him and Brad not having any sort of relevant history

not rly sure how that's the same, my read on brad is based on years of experience with him. miraka doesnt even know who he is from what ive gathered from their posts so far (im not saying miraka isnt allowed to read brad, they can read him however they want and it's just as valid, but im trying to understand where their confidence is stemming from)

Actually youre right its if duel target is non town that I get a refill oh well. I misread it as town, beause I do have a drawback for the second usage.
