Night City (Cyberpunk 2077) vs. The Volturi, and Every Other Coven (Twilight)

It should be clear as is, but I will elaborate. Night City is given knowledge and forewarning. They know that every vampire on Twilight's version of Earth has organized into a military force. This cabal wishes to destroy Night City. Night City is about to teach them what their every day is like. All gangs have set aside their differences, and the mega corps have made a deal on who gets to dissect these leeches for profit.

The victory condition is survival of the fittest. Losing means death as always.

As either V or Adam Smasher would be able to solo here? They are on a vacation in the Crystal Palace. I want to give the vampires a fighting chance. :maybe

Not other restrictions. Besides the fact no legendary Solo Elites like Morgan Blackhand are involved in the siege. Since he can also make short work of them by himself.

Fair vs thread. I'd assume they stop at those enemies that auto dodge and are fast af?
95% of Night City citizens have cyberware in some shape or form. Only ones that don't are Buddhist monks. Who deem cyberware blasphemous. And one Ripperdoc in Watson because he finds them distracting when doing surgery on people. The crazy fast people in Night City all have Reflex Tuners, Synaptic Accelerators, Kerenzikovs, or Sandevistans. At point blank those enemy types can even dodge shots from Tech Weapons. Which in this context are electromagnetic railguns. Tech Weapons themselves can fire slugs at such speeds that they're Anti-Tank weapons in the context of Cyberpunk 2077. Where tanks can survive nukes. So, they would be ridiculously fast. Then there's Maneuvering Systems that enhance a person's nervous system to the point where they can jump off the air, and move so quickly that they can push themselves away from it to dodge in mid-air. Not sure how quantifiable it is, but it's pretty ridiculous. They're moving so fast that they can hit the air like it's a wall.

Even T-Bug has millisecond reflexes, casually analyzing data in that time-frame, and she is a Netrunner who avoids combat. Preferring to deal with people at a distance via hacking.

Besides that, there's a lot of cyberware that can defend people from attacks against their brain or body. Such as Self-Ice. Which automatically stops any hacking attempts. Which isn't hard to get, and things like Pain Editors which even Fingers has access to. And he is a back alley Ripperdoc. Who is located in a junkie crack den. Which basically shuts off any sensation of pain. Which would be super effective against some of The Volturi, and other psychic vampires.

Subdermal Armor is also commonplace, and RealSkin is available to just about anyone. The Moxes for example extensively use the latter, and various reflex boosters. RealSkin is that plastic you see people use to replace their epidermis, and by default it's bullet-proof against Power Weapons. In the context of Cyberpunk 2077. Where even Power Weapons hit as hard as explosives. They also use Sandevistans, and Mantis Blades.

Monowire is available to a lot of people, and it is able to cut through things down to a molecular/atomic level. However, various Katanas and Mantis Blades are as effective as it is.

Dated reflex boosters from 2020 make normal human beings ten times faster than peak human. The modern ones in 2077 blow them out of the water by a whole magnitude, and Subdermal Armor back then was still able to let Adam Smasher and Morgan Blackhand survive the nuke in Arasaka Tower.

The Animals? They're minimalist in terms of cyberware. The only cyberware they use is to keep their bodies from being destroyed by their own muscles. Since they instead use cellular level steroids. That augments every aspect of their bodies. They are basically using pseudo-science drugs to make themselves into Chris Redfield.

Well, that last video is age restricted so I will just screen-cap it.

This should be part of the load out for MaxTac. Though it doesn't list everything like her Mantis Blades. Those are just their active cyberware. Not their passive ones. Their armor is also heavily modified with a composite weave to defend against just about everything, and their infovisor basically works like a targeting system to locate weak points.

They also have incendiary/explosive modifications for all weapon types. Tech Weapons and Smart Guns included. The latter is a lot worse because those bullets are trackers that chase after targets. Whereas the former are going to be the fastest slugs on the planet that can penetrate through whole buildings laden with reinforced infrastructure.

Also, there might be a supernatural element to the net and cyberspace. Daemons, which are quickhack programs, might also be actual daemons. Since all of this is derived from the net. Which might actually be hell held back by the Blackwall.

Maximum Mike is Mike Pondsmith. So, this is almost basically like Word of God.

Lots of dlc potential, though something like this is probably best left ambiguous.

Unless...virtual quests.
One of the endings has V go past the Blackwall with Alt, and give Johnny his body. V is an engram (read: cyber ghost) by the end of the game regardless, and is basically just possessing his corpse otherwise. There is a lot of potential to explore cyberspace.

Then of course there are the aliens of Alpha Centauri, and Mr. Blue. Yes, there are also aliens and they are invested in the affairs of Earth for some reason. Mr. Blue is basically their meat puppet. Only certain thing is that they don't like the mega corps. They are also interested in a legendary V. If you do the Rogue Ending, or Don't Fear the Reaper. Where V just goes full Solo Elite, and murders everyone in Arasaka Tower.

MaxTac got their eyes on him too. Though that's probably because one of them is extremely moist for him. It's that crazy cyber psycho chick from the first reveal trailer. Who almost sprung a leak after she saw him do some murdering.
