I put money on Momiji to be frank but Taki does have more experience than she does.
What's the overall stats for the two of them?
Taki should be country level with massively hypersonic speed for defeating Cervantes with Soul Edge, someone Sophitia had trouble with who can manipulate lightning. I assume Momiji is somewhere similar, probably with higher speed.

For valid proof of Taki being country level and massively hypersonic. Taki was able to defeat Cervantes with Soul Edge.
In Soul Calibur III, Cervantes was the one to intensify the weather and ocean current in this stage.
Who Sophitia had trouble fighting against, the Greek Gods Hephaestus, Ares, and Zeus granted Sophitia her divine combat abilities. Sophitia needs help from Taki to defeat Cervantes. Sophitia even managed to defeat Siegfried.
In Soul Calibur VI, Azwel with the Ultimate Seed can destroy a country or two through the energy of the Astral Fissures absorbed.
The Conduit with Siegfried's power and a fully-powered Groh managed to defeat Ultimate Seed-empowered Azwel.
The Conduit is able to absorb the power of the Astral Fissures.
Mitsurugi fought on even with post-Azwel Conduit, was able to in the presence of an Astral Fissure, survived being in the Astral Chaos and fought against Iska Acht who is confirmed to be the same being as Iska Farkas from Soul Calibur Legends.
In Soul Calibur III, Abelia is capable of summoning a lightning bolt to strike with it. This seems to be the only legit lightning in SCIII (1:55).
