Honestly,i'd place Oma Zi-o on a tier of his own Multiversal + control over time and space + every single power any other rider would have(which includes stuff like time stop , resurrection , reality warping..etc)

Oh and for some of the more recent stuff, Back Arrow is actually a fun show. Not amazing like the ones i mentioned,but was a surprise sleeper for me out of last year's animes.

Didn't know Mbxx had king Crimson requiem He basically erased 5 years worth of time to get us to obd 2027.
