in all seriousness I dont think Quanxi's feats were ever quantified but she should have a massive speed advantage and cutting through Motoko wouldnt be hard for her. And this is assuming she doesnt use her transformation.
Even then, Motoko also has no way of dealing with Quanxi's immortality
