I don't think it's located "in" anything exactly, it isn't a space of any kind from what I can tell. The book says that reality is a metaphor compared to it, it's just some kind of abstract deeper form of existence. I also can't tell if the Void and Unspace are actually the same, tfwiki considers them to be different based on lines from the story Withered Hope which I haven't really been able to confirm yet. It would make more sense for the Void to not be Unspace since while unspace isn't "space" there's still things living out there, while the original void there was only Unicron
