I haven't seen MoP make any generalizations. If either you or him are under the impression that I intent to silence you for opinions you're wrong. If some idiot on twitter is your source then yes. I really shouldn't have to explain to you why a source like that is not acceptable. I don't care that you don't believe in science anymore. You claim all scientists are corrupt but provide no proof, if you refuse to do that then your claim is dead. The burden of proof was on you and you refused to give such evidence.

In the News section it doesn't matter our opinions on the "experts" atm. Quite frankly I greatly mistrust the education system and government as well but whether you like it or not, they're STILL the best source we have, because unlike some random moron on twitter or some other site they MUST be peer reviewed before their papers can be taken seriously and if you honestly believe that EVERY single scientist is corrupt and your only evidence is cause you think so, I don't know how you expect me or anyone else to see your views as anything but nonsense.
Experts are worth questioning and criticism but you are not a replacement for science. No individual is.

The only thing I'm enabling is equal expectations for backing up claims that would otherwise sound ludicrous. The problem here is that you're the only one that makes such large sweeping generalizations and claims them as easily observable fact.

If you KNOW your post is gonna be bait then back it up so that nobody has an excuse to report you for bait. Because if I see such a report and I find you have at least backed up your statement, I will ignore any such report as it's not breaking the rules.

A ton of bricks? I have a right according to the rules to just delete your content and give an official warning. It was out of kindness and consideration to you that I abstained. I know it's difficult to see all the times I abstained from action to make the news section more comfortable for everyone, including you. but trust me, there were more than enough times I let something go.

I can't continue though, I have finally written the rules and stickied them as of like a week ago or so, they are in effect and I expect them to be followed by everyone. If you see a post that needs my attention report it and I will deal with it. Break the rules yourself and I will have no choice but to enforce those same rules equally upon you. Again, don't play victim. I wrote the rule, I quoted it to you, you broke it, and I took the bare minimum action.

There is a difference between commentary and making assertion. In the main News section, there are no exemption to the specific News section guidelines for making blanket statements. If its Perspectives or Roundtable sub-section, there is more of a grey between the black and white on that. @The Immortal WatchDog you know calling the CDC essentially crooked with a one liner isn't really allowed.

We need sources and verifiable data, like what Es provided with the CDC on Covid-19 deaths and the causation with those and those who primarily died due to having secondary health issues before it. You have to approach it like that.

Or I can just refuse to post in that section and play their game.

I made the rules well before your post, check the date yourself. They have not been edited since.

The only take I have on you is that you're needlessly stubborn and defensive.

If there was a narrative to be enforced then no dissenting opinions would be allowed at all and yet your friends are freely posting without issue. Cause they do what you refuse to.
