Jotaro and Dio have a cool down time, so he kinda does Manga versions get slaughtered by Yuji. It’s a mismatch. Anime however boosted Part 1 Dio up heavily

I agree but Iceman’s consistent feats aren’t actually all that tbh I’m being nitpicky here but SSJ4 Goku lifted up the building just fine lol Those aren’t consistent, those are very high end feats for him And if it’s the Thor feat I think you’re talking about, then Iceman was juiced up on a power-up when he did that
