He is basically the Silver-Age Superman of Showa riders. Every other episode, they indulge in giving him a new secret ability. Instead of transformations, he gets new powers up the ass as needed. Unlike Deku, it is actually really funny and has that narm you would expect from older TV series.

Unironically, V3 might have relativistic/light-speed reflexes. He is fast enough to react to a monster of the week's light-based camera flash attacks, and has a defense against any electromagnetic or light-based attacks that gives him a power-up that doubles his power output.
