V3 (Kamen Rider V3) vs. Deku (MHA)

V3 is about to show Deku what a real hero is made out of.

They fight on one of the many secret island bases belonging to Destron, as it is about to self-destruct (because why wouldn't it). They are bloodlusted and are willing to do anything to win.

Can V3 deal with that Mach 30,000 Deku without even using Gearshift?

Checkmate motherfucker! :oldryoma
Unironically, V3 might have relativistic/light-speed reflexes. He is fast enough to react to a monster of the week's light-based camera flash attacks, and has a defense against any electromagnetic or light-based attacks that gives him a power-up that doubles his power output.

More on the twenty-six secrets.

A lot of energy absorption and nullification for kinetic and thermal energy, up to and including nuclear energies, adaptive evolution to both techniques and abilities, anything used on him once will not work again, provided that he survives the first encounter with them, electromagnetic absorption and generation, flight, x-ray vision, data analysis of enemies, etc.

In terms of raw strength and durability, you are looking at island level even early on. He survives Destron's island bases blowing up more than once, and I mean completely, there is nothing left of them.

In terms of speed, like I already mentioned, he has reacted to light-based/camera-based explosive attacks and has a secret ability that can hard counter and absorb that, to double his own power output.

New bullshit, for part two of V3, after Doktor G dies and is replaced by Tusk. A random Destron mutant murders everyone in Yamanashi Prefecture, 700,000 to 800,000 people, turning them into undead skeletons. V3 uses a variation of the rider kick to turn the mutant into a puddle of nitroglycerin, which then explodes. This also brings everyone back to life somehow, and undoes the skeleton-itis.

V3 can also phase through matter like Kitty Pryde. Does this to save a civilian, when Baron Tusk uses the spirits of evil to blow up a mountain base that Destron had. And they both escape.

And just straights up dodges Crab Laser's laser beams earlier, when he had his climatic fight with Doktor G.

Baron Tusk is the new head-honcho working underneath LEADER.

Welp, Horikoshi stated in a Q&A All-Might's fastest running speed is... Mach 10.

:heston
Death of An Author can only stretch so far for Deku when he's only on the level of Prime All-Might in terms of speed so...
On top of the speed, V3 can also teleport when drama demands it of him. Teleportation happens a lot for him and Destron mutants, and he also has a substitution technique that borders on a plot hole. Because even when Destron has clearly captured him, he can pull a switcheroo and replace himself with one of their goons. It is never explained. He just does it, like he is Reverse Flash or something. Shows up behind him, removes the Destron goon mask, "Ahahahaha, you fools! You just killed one of your own henchmen!"

Evil laughter included, because V3 is completely unhinged. He does it a lot. I am convinced that V3 is not actually mad about Destron murdering his family. He just hates them for no particular reason. This is the petty kind of hate. The special kind.

I got to Operation Flying Squirrel. After Baron Tusk was revealed to be a vampire mammoth and killed, we got this Wing Man Commander replacing him. Who decides that Destron's next great plan will be to turn everyone in Japan into flying squirrels. V3 is naturally immune to this and transmutation in general.
