It is quite bad yes. -it was juggling seven+ character povs at the same time, and with none of the planning pjo had (pjo was pretty much planned out from beginning to end before the first book went out.) It has really good worldbuilding, fun characters, and an expansive story with many moving plot points, its also quite hilarious since it doesn't take itself to seriously (Neil Armstrong getting everyone in San Francisco high on LSD). If you like jewish concepts, magical alternate histories, or just funny crack stories, and shit you might like this.
