Nah to be fair Takeuchi's same-face syndrome is on the same level of bad as Kubo's in Bleach or Kurumada's in Saint Seiya. Its always been an issue but never as much as with these three. Also the fact Saber-Face is a literal thing in Fate/Type-Moon doesn't help. I know people who hated since Arcuya and others redesign in Melty Blood with modern Takeuchi's designs.
