Probably not, given the light will reach that 17 million Zenos bullshit regardless of the size of the moon. It's probably something to do with a component of the moon's lux, which is substantially lower than the Sun's so not really worth a look especially at the surface area that particular artificial one is radiating.

Might be worth considering higher for Piccolo's moon feat :hm "There are many moons throughout the galaxy, but no matter their size, blutz waves will not exceed 17 million zenos unless they're reflected off the round, unobscured surface." So, we just have to determine when the moon became "obscured" to derive the time frame for when Gohan would have transformed back I guess *shrugs* So, probably about the time Piccolo's blast encompassed the thing entirely. We can then just work out the time frame from the speed at which light and shit travels, because that'd be the time when Gohan starts to transform back. So we can infer someone like Cell is comparing himself to the ki he senses from shit like the rest of the Star System? :hm This is what I'd be doing with YYH fyi if it was more cut and dry. Goku clearly interacts with that shit when he forms the Genki Dama whereas we don't know for a fact Sensui or Genkai could sense Earth's ki for comparison :hm Also, as an aside, the YYH official and fan translations suck. Leaves out the reference Ningenkai/The Surface in Sensui's rant entirely in Viz, but the fan version inserted random fraction bullshit that didn't exist at all. Same deal with the Genkai shit between the two. And Goku's Ki appears to determine the gathering of the Genki Dama's, ergo you can probably scale the speed of the shit to Goku's own ki? :hm
