Been hitting the gym again. Haven't flat benched in about 2-3 months. Was unbelievably weak. Gonna have to get that muscle memory to kick in. It's crazy how fast you can lose strength.

Nice. I think Mark Wahlberg did a lot of work with them. I think workouts like those are great.

Wish I could get back my physique back to this like it was back in May. My chest is shrinking by the day. lol definitely had a pump in that picture. But it takes a lot to maintain that. And I go thru phases where my fitness goals change every few months.

Nice man. Your traps and shoulders look huge. And good job on the bench. Went and did some pretty light chest and tris today with one of my friends. Just took it pretty easy easing back into it. Did some incline dumbbell press, machine press, and a couple tri exercises. Felt weak. Going to try and get a good leg workout in tomorrow, and get back on a consistent lifting routine again.

What all does your coach do? Is it a coach thru school, or you just hired a personal trainer? Is he focused on just running, and diet. or running and lifting + diet? It's nice to have a coach. It really can make a big difference. And it's motivating to work hard so you don't half ass your program if you're actually paying a guy for his time to help you out. Having a coach giving me lessons weekly has really improved my golf game. Would be wasting my time trying to figure it out on my own.

Just some persistent neck and shoulder pain. I've been lifting consistently for years, and figured maybe it'd be worth a shot seeing what taking some time off would do. Might give it a couple more weeks and then try a new program.

I think this is the longest I haven't lifted in forever. Been like 1-2 weeks. Feels weird.

It was a terrible kick on my part. Landed right at that tendon on his shin. And of course it was me and my buddy goofing around after practice, and I didn't have any shin pads or anything on, not that it would have helped much in that specific spot. That was probably 4 months into me ever training lol

The ones nearly every grocery store carries are the "mission" low carb wraps. They work too, but I just find they don't taste quite as good. But some would disagree. My wrap rolling technique is subpar as well.

these are the ones I grab. They make a few different flavors, like tamato basil, and spinach. They're all good.

If you make a lot of sandwiches you could always try substituting the bread for low carb tortillas. Those were a big help for me. Instead of having 150-200 calories of bread for a sandwich you could put it all in a 30 calorie wrap. A pretty easy change that could shave a lot of calories pretty easily. I love those wraps. And of course for all condiments use the low fat kind. 30 calories of mayo compared to 120 calories for the same amount of regular mayo. It's a no brainer.

I do IF most of the time, but don’t necessarily view it as following IF. I just eat my calories for the day and quit eating after I get there. Generally I hit that number around 6 at the latest. sometimes like today I might be done eating at like noon lol

Weighed in at 170.0 today. Have a massage scheduled for tomorrow at lunch hoping I can get whatever has tweaked my neck and shoulders worked out and get back to feeling 100%. but still think heavy lifting is going to be out of the question for awhile. Need to find another way to stay fit. Golf I don’t think is enough.
