Magic in Morrowind sucks at the beginning but later becomes the kind of broken to make the game completely legendary. I remember using it to temporarily lower my own stats so I could get cheap skill training, then use that training to make spells to force enemies to levitate since they don't know how to move that well while levitating. Then I bail with my Jump spells since if this game doesn't have fast travel I'll just make my own :maybe Oblivion was a bit dumbed down but I love the fact that you can use spells with a single button, it lets me have a sword, a shield, a spell, and a torch equipped all at the same time and less messing around with menus. Even if Destruction kinda sucked. Skyrim was a huge step down for magic in general but I'll admit to loving the ability to dual cast spells or cast two spells at once. Why yes, I am lazy enough to summon a dremora, turn invisible, and fuck off.
