i like the idea. could potentially get people involved in participating in something with each other (we'd be competing but still lol) while also helping with productivity. i also think it'd be better to start with tasks that are a bit simpler and more contained just to help people ease into it better, unless everyone feels differently. and this is less in regards to the examples you provided and more in general in case anyone makes some suggestions. more elaborate tasks might be better saved for future tournaments if this ends up going well. would the points just be an accumulative thing, like the only goal is to gain the most to reach one of the top 3 spots? or would there be a use for them in general, like smaller 'prizes' people can get with their points? you mentioned aesthetic prizes but i wasn't sure also apologies if i got anything wrong or asked about something you already explained, i am shot and i had to reread your post about a dozen times. furiously rubbing my 2...
