It' seems that Planetman is the real Planet Vulcan.

In the context of the show it may make Kinnikuman planet level, but the series is so inconsistent, I would say it wouldn't fly here.

I'm doing a respect thread. As I keep re-reading and watching the manga, I noticed this. The manga is full of inconsistences and deus ex machinas.
By the way, Kinnikuman should be "Solar level", since he stopped a small sun and defeated Jesse Mavia, who rides on a sun.
I'm joking.

I found a wiki that created profiles for Kinnikuman characters. Most of them are at 5-A(Large Planet level)/Low 2-C (Universe Level +)

They say probably Universe level because of Burning Inner Strength. And Universe level because Black Hole has a 4th dimensional space inside his body.
