Short answer

The “universes” in Fate Extra are just digital pocket dimensions that are conceptual and not akin to real space.

And the fact that a Star level at best alien like Sefar in Extella basically solo’d the entire Moon Cell when it breached it further debunks anyone in CCC being Multiversal
