Sailor V fought against a burglar. By sheer luck, Sailor V managed to defeat the burglar. With her Moon Boomerang (the same that used to fight Tuxedo Kamen in Act 1), Sailor V managed to cut a tree.

Cutie Kenko and his female followers are normal humans that use magic tricks to steal jewels. They can use sleep gas, feather boas to tie people.

Cutie Kenko was ok after Sailor Rabbit (the future Sailor Moon) threw an extinguisher to him.

Cutie Kenko's gang use smoke bombs to escape.
