Terry wins both rounds, he could lift and throw large boulders while under the pressure and cold of several dozen meters of Antarctic water. He also routinely fights and takes hits from metahumans like Warhawk, Inque and withstood the full heat and intensity from Blight who Bruce says rivals an actual nuclear reactor. I know Sam's new cap suit is most likely vibranium but his face is still exposed whereas Terry's batsuit has him covered from head to toe. Combat wise they should be about equal, the biggest hurtle for Terry will be Red Wing flying around him while he's busy with Sam as well as Sam's wings that can fire missiles and form into a shield.

I'm leaning towards Terry too. Though mostly because I think he has a serious tech advantage. A sparky batarang in the wrong place could ground and disarm Sam pretty easily. And Terry has an advanced HUD to help scout weaknesses. Assuming Terry doesn't just have some type of EMP as standard equipment.

Honestly, given the kinds of metas he shocks on the regular, Terry could probably just taser Sam to death.

I'm fairly convinced that vibranium gear nullifies any DC/dura advantage. Terry can't damage it, and it should be able to damage him. Vibranium blades can leave scratches on other vibranium. There is no way Sam's wings can't cut into the batsuit.

I know Sam's new cap suit is most likely vibranium but his face is still exposed whereas Terry's batsuit has him covered from head to toe.

The suit isn't vibranium, just the wings (I'm like 99% sure). So, Terry doesn't need to target Sam's face. He just needs to get past the shield and wings.

That said, I don't think being fully suited helps Terry much. I mean, it nullifies Sam's ranged options. But there is no way in hell those wings can't take Terry's head clean off his shoulders. Suit or no suit.
