The stronger Bleach characters start throwing Mountain busting attacks left and right, at the instant Ulquiorra second etapa was a thing. On top of my head only Ulquiorra, Gin (cutting not blowing up), Aizen and Ichigo (Dangai) are capable of doing so
At best you general peak no nerf servant like Artoria would be Grimmjow stats just by sheer destructive power and up without saying true NP release.
go further with the Karna prowess, defense and 1 time nuke that minimum 2X stronger than Excalibur (enough to vaporize any Arrancar from Fake Karakura). Even on topic of mountain attack, Ulquirra heavily implies that his own energy spear would be fatal to even him if it were to detonate next to him (and indeed Ichigo cero which has similar output just did that to him point blank).
So from scaling alone, the mightiest servants excluding broken nonsense like ex Dioscuri and Quirinus, cannot fight post fake Karakura town characters due to insane boost in strength from post time training, which include Yoruichi.
