I agree with Morgan. I am losing it here. This is too much like what the fuck, bro.Superhot Protagonist vs V (Cyberpunk 2077)
They added multiple in-game references to 2077 in the latest patch. Not just bonus items, mind you, but actual side quests involving a character from Edgerunner telling you about David Martinez. You speak by text to Falco, one of the side characters from Edgerunners. You even get David...forums.spacebattles.com
This same person is now arguing that V defeated Adam Smasher... because Adam had the runs thanks to Mexican food, and that this theory is more reasonable than Morgan's.
I think there's still good stuff being made in the West, it's just there's also a lot of corporate sludge too. Those live action Skyrim commercials really left me wanting to see some type of TV show or movie made of it
I’d prefer live action but with the latest travesty that is Rings of Power, an anime would be better if just for the fact that the Japanese will likely be faithful to the source material.
Ruphas Mafahl (AWLBA) Vs Dream of the Endless (DC)
Rules: Victory Conditions: Death. Motivation: Bloodlusted. Knowledge: None. Location: an empty Universe. Preparation: None. Versions: their strongest. Thousands meters apart. Pretty much just this, so, who wins?forums.spacebattles.com
This happens in the comics too, though it's not quite as easy to make out. During the word battle Dream and the Demon make stuff.Still, he is not exactly a fighter, mayby they would go on and do something like the game with Lucifer in the show
When Pondsmith said it was like seeing his brain in a bigscreen anime, he wasn't referring to the fight scenes. For a setting which is filled with violence and street fights.Um, the author approving of the work or allowing it to happen with their blessing like this? It's EXACTLY the same regardless.
I don't even remotely see how you can try and worm your way out of this when it's clear as day the author wants you to see the anime as to how he envisioned how Cyberpunk truly operates.

How is it possible to be this dense? :mothman:
spell literally says it pulls a meteor but overlord fans no it creates rock and other stuff just because
which one the overlord or the warhammer oneThe hilarious part is if you actually read the passage for it? The Meteor spell is absolutely garbage as it was barely able to destroy the Wall it hit...
which one the overlord or the warhammer one
The falling meteor slashed through the sky and hit the wall, where it burst into an explosion. A thunderous roar echoed all around. The massive shockwave flattened everything it touched and shattered the wall. As the sand and dirt thrown up by the shockwave of the explosion begin falling back to earth, the dust slowly began to settle. What it revealed was the remains of the broken wall, blasted to smithereens, and drifting smoke. After looking at the devastated fortifications, there was no need to think about what had happened to the soldiers stationed there.
The small city of Lloyds had originally been home to less than 20,000 people, but after gathering the people from the liberated camps, there were more than 150,000 people here now
Everyone in the squad was to take their families and head to the east gate, because if the enemy attacked, it was more likely that they would attack from the west gate. After that, they would form up at the east gate, and if there were demons outside the east gate, they would climb the walls near the east gate and attack them.
....
Neia and the Sorcerer King moved as though they were skimming along the ground. They did not leave the surface except to soar over crowds of people, who had descended into chaos, because they could not get a grip on the situation. The reason for that was because flying in the air without cover made them very obvious, and if there were demons about, they might be subjected to attack spells from all directions
This had originally been a fountain that regularly sprayed water for the citizens' leisure. However, water no longer flowed through here after the demihumans had wrecked it. There were no plans to restore it for the time being, and the surroundings looked very austere
SB be really be pushing that "certain material isn't canon" for series when technically even the doujins are canon to fate :doge
Ironic because usually SB will take all WOG comments over feats (like they do with Worm and OPM).Like that doesn't even begin to make sense to me as you have to go well beyond the typical reach to even hit that level.
SB does that shit with the Nasuverse too and pretend they are somehow under the same rules as any other Anime/Manga adaptation despite:
1. Nasu and Takeuchi(who is also one of the lore makes of the Nasuverse) has gone at length actually describing the differences between the anime, movies and manga and even endorsed the changes themselves at many points. Various other authors under them for the other major adaptations like Fate Apocrypha's Anime and Manga to the LN have ALSO done the same thing, even encouraging the changes on purpose.
2. There is literally an in-universe mechanic made that there is literally many, many different possibilities that can happen in the timeline that number well into the thousands in that one stretch and Tsukihime, Fate/Stay Night, Fate/Extra and Fate/Extella explicitly canonized these various routes, endings both Good AND Dead Ends all at once and Nasu explicitly states all 3 Routes of F/SN is canon and Hollow Axtraxia explicitly shows all 3 are canon by having all 3 timelines smash into each other at once due to a hilarious error.
Like no wonder they will pretend the authors' word suddenly means nothing when this is a well-known facet of Nasu's works and they ignore this.
The hilarious part is if you actually read the passage for it? The Meteor spell is absolutely garbage as it was barely able to destroy the Wall it hit...

Then when it's something they don't like they do a complete 180. Made worse by the fact that they dismiss WOG statements that actually know what they're talking about while accepting Wildblow wanking his own setting so as not to loose.
Yeah WOG isn't always right and death of the author is a thing, but in a lot of cases the writer actually does know what he/she is talking about.
They flip-flop on it all the time. It is generally like this:Ironic because usually SB will take all WOG comments over feats (like they do with Worm and OPM).
It's often times 50/50 between writers. Sometimes they know what they're talking about. Other times their intent and the source material do not align at all. The Destroyer from VHD who absolutely sucks at destroying the universe for example, or Chris Farnsworth repeatedly saying nanosecond is being literal without understanding what that means. "Yes, I am being literal about nanoseconds but also they're not FTL." Some writers have a tendency towards brain farts. Then when it's something they don't like they do a complete 180. Jesus Christ, seeing them unironically use tabletop gameplay mechanics is absolute cringe too. Especially considering how much they complain about gameplay mechanics. Also ironic that SB downplay Cyberpunk and DnD as they're both TTRPGs. Infinite stats Adam Smasher for realz.
