Well you can argue with Garbs on this topic for another 10+ pages. I'd like to see that.If I'm going to be written in someone's yaoi fanfic(which is usually always fucking disgusting), I'd rather be on top than on the bottom.

Honestly, it's even more embarrassing when people get shit wrong about To Aru compared to Fate (well, when they're being an ass about it anyway), because the amount of content is not nearly as staggering and it's all mostly written by one guy anyway.I'd rather not, I'm honestly done with arguing the same shit and the dude doesn't even read the series he's talking about... or really watches it... and barely knows it.
You know, like the typical To Aru debates you guys find yourselves in.

Of course, there's always that one guy who brought up the wiki implying Accelerator is sub-bullet speed despite him blitzing people who dance around bullets in almost every fight he engages in
Yhwach (Bleach) vs Contessa (Worm)
It had nothing to do with Uryuu being unseen, its implied his schrift is the reason from this according to Yhwach and Jugram.forums.spacebattles.com
..I'm pretty sure it was due to the Still Silver being on him (iirc).
There's zero implication that Uryu is immune to his future sight.
Contessa stacks the deck in her favour by getting a parahuman army with a myriad of abilities by telling them that Yhwach will destroy the world.
Ignoring people being in character and who would otherwise not work together, this means that The Slaughterhouse 9, Yangban, Everyone in the Birdcage, and all Protectorate Parahumans.
None of this saves her from Yhwach popping in, going "lol no" and then making her explode. So if the victory condition is Contessa's death then Ywach takes this very easily.
There is also the problem of Yhwach gaining immunity to powers once exposed to them.
Xcano was a member of ours on NardoforumsImagine if MJ12 and Xcano/Joshless made accounts here and Morgan somehow followed the trail here
What a show that'd be.

If only that were a thing Yhwach could do.
Here my calc is linked. Please take note of the fact my calc is linked and referred to as "life wiping."You've seen them. I know you have. Pretty much every instance where someone "disperses clouds" gets calculated as them moving the entire mass of clouds away at hypersonic speeds. At a minimum, this usually gets untold mega or gigaton level results.
Now to "debunk" this, he brings up that nukes can part clouds.Sometimes you can even get life wiping results from this!
This one is quite argument from belief about physics not always applying to fiction (there are some cloud feats where you can blatantly see the clouds moving and retaining the same structure, regardless of how this would look under IRL physics), but I remember when debating him on SB and bringing up similar claims for the side he was arguing he ignored it.But here's the problem: That's stupid?
Firstly, real life nukes can "disperse clouds". Over a very wide area as well. And I'm reasonably certain the bombs tested at Bikini Atoll were not life wiping.[citation NOT needed]
Now we have some more blatantly disingenuous arguments from Xcano. As a final example, he brings up Pearl moving clouds to be "Hiroshima levels." Note how he posts a link to the video and not the calc itself.Secondly, if there was so much energy packed into this impact then you would see it. You can't just drop gigatons of TNT directly above a city and not expect to mess things up. At the very least we should expect the surrounding few city blocks to explode. Not unless this character has ultra directed shockwave powers.
So what is happening here? What's likely is that the overpressure of the blast is messing with the water droplets in the air, causing them to dip below visibility. This is still going to be a high yield, but as you can see from that test footage it's more on the order of kilotons or less. No cloud destruction feat has any business getting results higher than the meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs.
The same is true for "manipulated the weather" feats, which are just "dispersed clouds" but switched around. Moving tens of thousands of cubic kilometers of air at hypersonic speeds would be terrible for the environment. Nothing below that column of air is surviving.
Now for someone claiming that every cloud feat is an insane giga/teraton scale feat, it's quite strange that he didn't link the Pearl calc, when he had no problem linking the Skyrim one. The SU calc is actually older than the Storm Call one, and would have been more than accessable. I really wonder why he didn't mention this? Or other calcs myself and others did where the yield was either well below kilotons even for cumulonimbus, and times they weren't even a ton of TNT?It is far, far more likely that someone is simply making clouds above them. You know, causing condensation. Assuming that someone is yanking clouds from across the world at hypersonic speeds is just... huh? Of course, they'll never come to this conclusion. They'd rather assume someone is telekinetically throwing around clouds and then explain the lack of destruction and all the antifeats as "ki control AoE Fallacy" and "PIS" so that they can get Hiroshima level results for Pearl waving her hand while singing.

Yes. Thousands to millions of tons of TNT going off at once in a weapon so powerful that even testing one in the desert is controversial somehow disproves that parting clouds will always get super high yields.
Note also above that he said that cloud parting gets in the megaton range but megaton scale weapons somehow disproves this.

Because Pearl moving a cloud is something I also calced back in the day, and it had a yield of 0.6 tons of TNT.
Steven Universe - It's over, isn't it?

I love the fact the rest of the Internet is forever forced to seethe over cloud calcs in this ridiculous hobby
